VIRGO and HOW TO HARVEST THE REST OF THIS YEAR

As we close out the Summer of 2021, there is much work to prepare for what is ahead. Virgo season is when the crops have grown and it is time to pick through the items we will need for the future. And discard the rest. The colder winter months that require less action and more inward work can only be successful if we set ourselves up now.

Take stock of what and who in you life is helping you. This is a time of true discernment and evaluation. We have a chance to put our heads down, make an analysis and then take action on what we have found.

Wherever you have Virgo in your chart (and everyone does), is a place where you must perform a purification process. Clear out the clutter, put some extra elbow grease into that with which you’d like to maintain. The 2022 you will thank you!

Prince Phillip

As we lose a member of one of the most influential families of all time, we can take a moment to remember his life. Although Capricorn Rising gives the air of power and mastery, his Gemini Sun in the 5th house shows a much more playful, curious, risk-taking personality. People with Scorpio on the 10th house cusp are generally more private, secretive and hidden in their public reputation. His chart Ruler, Saturn in Virgo in the 8th talks about yielding to the service he needed to provide to his intimate partnerships. It also shows how he had to let go, let die, and transform his own authority. With Venus in Taurus on his 4th house cusp we can see his value system was extremely strong and connected to family. Quality, integrity and a strong moral compass was implemented onto him as a child and then he transferred those same structures to his own children. As an interesting note, most Royals have prominent Leo energy in their chart! And his Leo moon tells us he was emotionally fulfilled by being regal and in the spotlight.

Happy Sagittarius Season!
As the Sun and Mercury both occupy the centaur sign, we have to give these adventurers their due shine. A prime example is the beloved Pope Francis.
As he has his Sun conj The North Node in Sagittarius, he is destined to bring perspective, optimism and higher truths to humanity. Sometimes outspoken and passionate, this fire sign can seem argumentative but that’s usually only for play. These people are deep thinkers who pontificate about the broader ideas of the universe. The Pope’s routine of bringing faith and hope to the masses is a beautiful example of this energy manifesting in real life.

As we are wrapping up Libra Season, the topic of justice still lingers.
Potential Supreme Court Justice, Amy Coney Barrett, has no birth time but a birth chart nonetheless. With her Aquarian Sun getting a sextile from Neptune in Sagittarius, her ideals and spirituality are of massive prominence in her life. Aquarius, although humanitarian, can be removed when it comes to individual discourse. And Neptune in Sagittarius works on becoming egoless by way of faith. Religion, to her, is the way of the future. Transiting Uranus is making contact with her Sun in a negative way. Morals and values are suddenly at the forefront of her self-identity. Even with an Aquarius Sun, Uranus brings erratic and rebellious energy that stirs up the dirt. Rigidity with her ideals will bring her more trouble than she may want. Make no mistake, this is uncomfortable for her. Around Thanksgiving she has Transiting Jupiter conj. her Mercury. Traditionally this is good news. Let’s wait and see.

Leonardo DiCaprio

Recently in the news for his contribution to Americas Food Fund Initiative, Leo is participating in the #allinchallenge as using his celebratory to get vulnerable communities fed. We know him as both a famous actor and activist. But now he is really starting to shine. Saturn trine Ascendant. What an easy time to express the responsibilities of your lens of the world. Libra ascendants want fair play and cooperation in the name of getting things done. Saturn lending his focus in the intellectual realm comes up with amazing results. Especially in terms of relations (Libra) and community (Aquarius). Uranus opp. Part of Fortune. Since Part of fortune represents our source of luck his resource axis is getting a shake up. There is light shining on his powers of cultivation and asking to come up with new ideas. Scorpio is about sharing resources and inviting a fan to meet Robert De Niro and Martin Scorsese is him sharing his relationships resources. Neptune trine Sun and Venus. His sweetest dreams can come true. Or least be within grasp. Here everything looks rosy and the things you want (Venus) and create (Sun) are in harmony with what is going on around you. Typically Neptune and the Sun are not friends but the trine softens the ego and brings dreams to our reality. To continue on this path of sharing resources and bringing focus to our communities is delightful expression of these transits.

Cardi B and Divorce

Cardi B and Divorce:
A couple things are going on in her chart and it’s part of the astrologers job to pick up what is most felt. Cardi has Pluto sextile Pluto, Uranus sq Saturn, Neptune trining her Venus/Pluto conjunction and Mars crossing back and forth over her Moon and Sun opposition. These all bring different energies; She’s got dreams of a better way to love. And she is feeling the power to totally blow up her life and start fresh. With Neptune and Pluto involved there can be issues of deception, paranoia and jealousy.
But the transit I see most is Mars hitting her Moon and Sun. When people have these natally opposite there are issues with instincts and a sense of self. The free expression of their creative self is inhibited and a real challenge between personal needs and public duties are present. They have to balance being pulled harder at home or at work. And for Cardi, this is occurring on top of the self/other access. Is she an individual or part of a couple? And is the couple an accurate expression of who she is? Apparently not! Mars is running back and forth over her willful emotional side. Her past actions in regards to her individuality and partnerships are taking a big review right now. Time to make some adjustments!

Walter Mercado

A Puerto Rican Astrologer whose fame has just gotten brighter from the Netflix Doc: Mucho Mucho Amor. As a double Taurus the Venusian man worked his chart well. His tag line even involves his heightened to need express beauty, art and love. Known for his flashy style (Mars and Moon in Leo) and positive predictions for your chart (Venus in Pisces) his presence and stardom spanned generations. A couple factors speak to his fame; Saturn at the MC will bring lots of work and mastery to anything you choose to do in public. Moon in Leo gets emotionally fulfilled by it, Neptune in the 5th will bring artistic and an almost mysterious legacy and Sun in the 1st house is a visionary.
Anyone with these placements have the potential. Its what you do with your seeds once you realize what you’ve got!
